Gloria Pollard - Senior Administrator

Gloria joined Silverado Senior Living in April 2001, having worked in the gerontology and mental health arenas for over 18 years. Formerly a grief and depression counselor for a psychiatric facility, she was also part of the management team for the geriatric unit. Gloria has an RN degree from North Harris College, and has owned her own business providing private duty caregiving for Alzheimer's patients. Gloria's dedication to long-term care is evident in her commitment to our residents and families.

Beth McCurdy – Director of Health

Deanna G. Smith - Family Ambassador

A graduate of Boston University with a Bachelors degree in Biology, Deanna served over 10 years in the United States Navy as a helicopter pilot. Settling in The Woodlands to raise her family four years ago, she first joined the Silverado care team as a caregiver. Having fallen in love with the seniors that call Silverado - The Woodlands their home, she was so excited at having the opportunity to become the Family Ambassador.

Deanna is committed to serving our family members in regaining quality of life as well as educating the community on the mission and vision of Silverado Senior Living.
